We strive to get your order out as soon as possible. Our current processing time is 2-5 business days. These business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Custom orders, tee-shirts, resin tags, etc, have a processing time of about one week.

How soon will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will issue the refund within 2 days and you will receive email confirmation. It can take up to 5-7 business days for this to be reflected in your account.
